At 5.40am Sunday 5 January the first NSW Scouts onboarded the coach to travel the 25 hours to Maryborough. Throughout the day, more coaches picked up Scouts, Venturer Scouts, Rover Scouts and Leaders and journeyed north.

    Then we arrived at Maryborough

    The first NSW coach arrived at 4.15am, Monday. Then, over the next few hours, they all arrived, with bags and pillows and everything they need to create a home at AJ for the next 10 days.

        AJ2025 Horoscopes

After being on Duty Patrol, you discover that you don’t actually want to be a chef but you do like cutting up vegetables. Consider working in a vegetable canning factory. Don’t forget to change your socks!

        Pisces 20/02-20/03) –  By night number three at AJ you will regret not packing your ear plugs. You wonder how that Scout in the Unit next to yours can snore so loudly. You look for lost socks so you can block out the noise. Don’t forget to call your folks to let them know you’ve arrived!

        Good news on the weather front. The Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) tells us that you can look forward to:

        • Tuesday 7 January – 31°c, no rain
        • Wednesday 8 January – 31°c, no rain
        • Thursday 9 January – 29°c, possible shower
