AJ2028 Wins the Race at State Rally!
By NSW Contingent Team
The AJ2028 NSW Contingent team hit full speed at State Rally, embracing this year's Race Against Time theme with an action-packed base that had Scouts lining up to discover what Australia's biggest Scouting adventure is all about.
Led by our incredible NSW Contingent Jambassadors and Marketing & Communications Team, the AJ2028 Base was a hub of excitement, ideas and anticipation for the journey to Jamboree. Scouts had the chance to check out AJ2028 merchandise options, learn about the NSW Contingent experience and start imagining themselves at the 27th Australian Jamboree. But this wasn't just a stop along the rally race! It was a chance for Scouts to help shape the future of AJ2028's NSW Contingent.
Throughout the weekend, Scouts raced to share their ideas for contingent HQ activities and determine merchandise they want to have! The response was overwhelming with hundreds of creative suggestions that will help make AJ2028 an unforgettable experience for NSW Scouts.
And perhaps the best part? Seeing the excitement.
From Scouts stopping for a quick chat to those who stayed to throw ideas around with the team, there was a real sense that AJ2028 is already becoming something
much bigger than a date on the calendar. Friendships are beginning to form, ideas are taking shape and anticipation for the adventure ahead is growing with every conversation.
A massive thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared their ideas, grabbed an exclusive piece of NSW AJ2028 merch and chatted with our team. Every conversation helped bring us one step closer to creating an incredible contingent experience.
As State Rally wrapped up, one thing became clear: the race to AJ2028 is well and truly underway. The weekend was not the finish line, it was the starting signal. With excitement building across NSW and Scouts already imagining the adventures ahead, the countdown to Jamboree has truly begun.
The clock is ticking. The journey is underway. And every day brings us one step closer to the adventure of a lifetime.
Ready. Set. Jamboree!
